This morning while I was working out with Lisa Arcia I realized that I brought my purse with me....which means I had my camera . I am so grateful for my work out friends. Working out used to simply be me , my ipod, and a machine. Now I go to Lisa's personal gym in her garage. she has all types of equipment and expertise. This morning happened to just be her and I. Usually Amy Burbige and Jenni Mills joins us.
Can you tell a kid took the pics of us togerther? Isn't Lisa GORGEOUS! Even first thing in the morning with no make-up and a pony tail...she's a total babe! She helps me to stay motivated and encourages me to push myself harder. (I think I'm going to buy her a whip for Christmas.) I wish I could keep her around all day so I can put the brownies down. I introduce Lisa to people as my personal trainer so I'm sure she would appreciate it if I did my part to "represent" her. Thank you Lisa!!!!

You both look HOT! I think it's great that you guys get together and work out. There's no better motivation than friends going through the same thing as you. Plus, it's not just work out hour, it's social hour too.
Krista, I think you look great. I am so proud of your commitment to work out so much. Paul is a very luck man.......in fact, like I have always said, non of my son in laws are worthy of my daughters. Keep it up, you may even motivate me to start working out. Love, Dad
